summer reading
Jun. 25th, 2006 11:16 pmMy dad doesn't believe me when I tell him I didn't read the Dark Tower series during the semester because I was burned out on reading from all the other stuff I had to read, because OMG I had time to play video games.
So I've decided to plow through the rest of it as fast as I can to prove that yes, it is possible to be burned out on reading. I read about 100 pages of book 4 today.
And next I'm going to finally read the Lord of the Rings, as well as Dune, part two of Don Quixote, and Aztec by Gary Jennings. Not particularly in that order.
It feels good to be able to read for fun again. :D
( quiz thing I stole from Brit )
