stuff

So my grandmother and aunt visited from Missouri this weekend for the Bizarre Bazaar. The weather was really bad there, so my grandmother, who was supposed to get here Thursday night, didn't get here until Saturday. D: But we still went to the Bizarre Bazaar and had a lot of fun. I'm going to be visiting them... eventually, because we haven't really planned anything beyond that. XD

Almost done with my Christmas shopping, oddly enough. I just need to get on my brother and make him do his shopping because otherwise he'll "forget". Granted, this is assuming he actually has any money left since he hasn't had a job since August and didn't have any money then, either.

There's a guy interested in buying our house for rental property. He's given my parents a few offers, but not as much as we want for it yet. He's supposedly coming to see the house this week, AND if he DOES buy the house, he wants to close before the end of the year. :O

I missed Drexel's first application deadline because I never got a letter of recommendation from Dr. Cook. I've e-mailed her to see if the package I sent her maybe got lost in the mail, but I haven't heard back and it's been a week. Hmm. :\

So last night I completely tore through two hundred or so pages of the Dark Tower 6 and finished the last thirty or so pages just now. It was good, but it felt like the whole book was just a whole lot of build-up to the next one.

BNL's Christmas album is hillarious/awesome. They actually sing Happy Birthday to Jesus. XD

Also, no new Heroes until the end of January? DO NOT WANT D:
